Philosopher's Stone

The Philosopher's Stone is an old Artifact from Aedes.
Way back then it was believed that who ever obtained one, could use as much and as strong Alchemy as one wishest having to transmute anything other than the stone.
However today Aedes knows that a Philosopher's Stone is an artifact procuded by Alchemy. It is a very high dense stone from very potent and versatile material.
Because of that it enables an Alchemist to use a series of strong spells using the stone, before it is actually transmuted completely and used up.
There are company's in Aedes which specialized in making Philosopher's Stones, producing them in high numbers on an assembly line.
Most of these company obviously strive to make their Philosopher's Stone more durable and powerful that others, using different materials, different amounts of materials and ratios.
