Havoc is a person from outside of the System.
She was sent by the creator himself to investigate the seven Artifacts, and obtain or destroy them, if applicable.
She was also sent to investigate, how the merge could have occured, who it did and why; and stop/annihilate certain inidivuals if still alive and necessary.
